If the first location you try is out of tickets, please go to another location. We'll do our best to keep tickets stocked. Full list of sponsor locations will be posted by June 1, 2025.
IMPORTANT:
Children 15 & under must be accompanied by a 19+ year old adult on the fairgrounds.
Clear bags are requried in the Carnival area.
All bags are subject to search.

Handicapped Parking
- Special lot reserved at Gate 1 (Lot J) closest for most events.
- Use Gate 3 off Havelock for parking located closer to South Hall, Equine & AuctionTime Grandstand Arena Events
Golf Cart Ride Service
Available from/to each parking lot including handicapped Lot J — ask parking or any staff to call you free cart ride
Pedestrian Walkways & Bridges
Use these to stay safe when walking to/from parking lots
Two Ways to Exit
- Use both Gate 1 (84th Street) & Gate 3 (Havelock Ave) to exit the fairgrounds faster.
- Left turn from Gate 1 onto 84th St. restricted at busy times-use Havelock Ave as alternative route back to Lincoln.
Parking Rules
- Parking will be allowed in designated parking areas only. No parking in the fire lanes.
- Livestock and equipment may be unloaded/loaded next to the buildings, but vehicles must be moved to parking areas immediately afterwards.
- Trailer parking allowed is designated, marked lots only
4-H & FFA Entry Pass Hangtags
Every 4-H/FFA vehicle needs an entry pass hangtag — NO EXCEPTIONS
- Get a hangtag for every vehicle used during the fair (e.g. mom, dad, teen exhibitors that drive).
- General parking without the entry pass will be $15 daily.
4-H/FFA exhibitors can get FREE 4-H/FFA entry pass hangtags for their immediate families
- Get at the Extension office (South Hall, Room C) from July 1– July 31, or at Sandhills Global Event Center Fairgrounds Main Office July 29-Aug 1.
- These entry passes allow one vehicle and its occupants to enter the fairgrounds each day and park in designated areas.
4-H/FFA families may enter through Gate 1 (84th Street) or Gate 3 (Havelock Avenue — 2nd driveway).
- Gate 3 right lane will be an exhibitor express lane when possible.
- Static exhibitors are recommended to use Gate 1 on check-in/check-out days.
*These passes are for 4-H/FFA members and their immediate families only. Please do not abuse this privilege. Hangtags not needed July 30-31st.
Directions
Directions when traveling on I-80:
- Follow I-80 W to east of Lincoln, NE.
- Take exit 409 for US Highway 6 toward Waverly/East Lincoln.
- Take a left at end of exit onto Cornhusker Hwy./US-6 and drive 2.7 miles west.
- Take left at light onto N 84th Street and drive south for 1.7 miles.
- Turn left at light onto Havelock Ave.
- Turn right into second driveway.
- Follow signs to parking lot for your event.
